23rd January 2001
Mr C. J. Woolley,
Chief Crown Prosecutor,
C.P.S. Gwent area,
Upper Dock Street,
Case No: 3324563
Dear Mr Woolley,
Tomorrow I will attend my trial for an alleged speeding offence.
I have never received the promised response to the skeleton argument that your staff requested at my pre trial review.
I have not been informed to which sections of my Traffic video the statement of facts (PC Herdman's sworn statement) refers. This is despite writing two letters to your office requesting this information.
I would like to give notice that the conduct of your staff has prevented me from preparing my defence and has therefore jeopardised my right to a fair trial.
