Dear Inspector Flynn,

Thank you for your help in expediting the provision of a copy of the traffic video that I was promised during the recent Gwent Magistrates' court hearing into my alleged speeding offence. As you know, I asked the court for a copy of this recording so that I can prepare my defence.

There is one question I would be grateful if you could answer concerning the recording. Having only previously seen traffic video recordings on television programmes, I was expecting that there would be an audio soundtrack, whereas the traffic video sent to me does not have one. Could you please confirm by return that the master tape also has no soundtrack ?
