Dear Inspector Flynn,

I am becoming exasperated with the C.P.S. who have failed to respond to either the letter that I sent to them on the 8th June or to the one that I sent them on the 5th October. This letter outlines the points of traffic law and human rights that I would like considered at my pre trial hearing scheduled for the 26th October.

As you are the only person that has ever had the courtesy to respond to my letters I was wondering if there is any influence that you could bring bear on them.
